There's So Much More for You to Do Than Just Golf!
"The people are like family. It's a real ‘get up and go' group!" Michelle Welch knows a good group of people when she sees one.
The residents and members who congregate here at Heritage of Hawk Ridge impress Michelle with their enthusiasm, their participation and in the array of interests they have.
Resident take full advantage of the activities and amenities - there's so much more to do than just golf! "We have a lot of die-hard golfers who've convinced their wives to live in the community so they can golf. But their wives have plenty of social activities, too," says Michelle.

Our fitness center is also full of the equipment and activities residents clamor for. Combined with the pool and tennis courts, Hawk Ridge is rarely an instance of residents cutting back, or giving up anything in their lifestyle.
We're open to anything and everything that pleases the residents - this is your community!
We have a full time schedule of events, six days a week, plus some Sunday activities! There are four ways events get booked at Hawk Ridge:
Association events are organized and executed by our, Recreation Director and Association Manager
Through the Resident Activities Committee - known as "Good Times" - including annual themed events like New Year's Eve, July 4th Parade and pool party, our annual luau, St. Patrick's dinner, etc.
The Care and Concern Committee - assists residents in time of need, as well as a sub-committee that acts as a welcoming committee. They host a fund raiser annually called "Cup of Christmas Tea".
Residents can act individually to organize and stage events
Some exercise classes welcome non-member and/or non-resident participation. Dances, concerts, some classes are open to the public. Resident-only activities would include:
Five (!) bridge clubs
Computer club
Ping-pong tourneys
Pool events
